About Toraja Sapan Coffee

Globally recognized for high-altitude Arabica coffee with unique flavour profiles shaped by generations of highland cultivation.

Toraja Coffee commands premium prices in Japan, the United States, and Europe, consistently achieving a cupping score of 85+, placing it firmly in the specialty-grade category.

Representing Indonesia's excellence in specialty coffee production, Toraja beans are grown in fertile volcanic soil and a cool mountain climate at altitudes between 1,050 and 1,900 meters, where slow cherry maturation develops extraordinary depth and complexity.

The result is a cup that is full-bodied with low acidity, revealing layered notes of dark chocolate and ripe fruit—a flavour signature that has earned devoted followings across three continents.
